Yep. Swallowing is not the problem. You can swallow all you like. When wilding you just want to fall asleep aware. So you just have to keep aware and fall asleep. Falling asleep is key. So just do what you normally do to fall asleep. If you normally swallow, then no worries.

It is just a common myth right now that you need to lay perfectly still for a long time and try and enter sleep paralysis to WILD. There is a way like that, but not many people use it because there are easier methods. check out mzzkc's wild guide or sageous wild class. These are really good ways to learn.
