Personally I can't tell the difference from my imagination and HI. So I just imagine walking around doing what I would in a dream. If I feel spinning or something like that, I imagine myself rolling down a hill or just falling and spinning. Or on a trampoline and spinning. This gets me interacted in a dream when trying to WILD. I will continue spinning faster and faster until all the scenery suddenly changes and I am standing on solid ground in a solid scene. It is strange. |

Gotcha, part of wikihow (I should have read that before), not our wiki. As I said before, I always see 3D things when I close my eyes so this state is hard for me to get into. Sounds like a technique worth trying. |
