Question How Exactly Do You Enter The Dreamscape From Dreamlets In The Hypnagogic State?

I read a wikihow article how to it just says you have to integrate all of your senses.. But HOW? How do you integrate all of your senses into the dream? Thanks.

Personally I can't tell the difference from my imagination and HI. So I just imagine walking around doing what I would in a dream. If I feel spinning or something like that, I imagine myself rolling down a hill or just falling and spinning. Or on a trampoline and spinning. This gets me interacted in a dream when trying to WILD. I will continue spinning faster and faster until all the scenery suddenly changes and I am standing on solid ground in a solid scene. It is strange.

Could you link the wiki article? I would recommend reading mzzkc's comprehensive guide and his "why you fail at WILDs" guide. good reading.

Look in the tips section where it says: "You may use this imagery to enter a lucid dream(WILD). Just wait patiently until three-dimensional scenes appear, then become part of it by integrating all of your senses".

Basically, you want to incorporate sight, hearing, taste, touch, and smell into what you're visualizing. Sooner or later you will eventually be dreaming.

If you were visualise yourself walking around on a beach, imagine seeing everything surrounding you, the smell of the water, and the sounds of the waves. Imagine the taste of an ice cream cone that you're eating, while observing the feeling of the warm sand on your feet.

      Treasure yourself.

Gotcha, part of wikihow (I should have read that before), not our wiki. As I said before, I always see 3D things when I close my eyes so this state is hard for me to get into. Sounds like a technique worth trying.

Another thing I do for DEILDs is wait for the dream to form and let my dream body just walk around stabilizing the dream without me controlling it. If I try and move I will accidentally move my real body. So what you have to do when you are between bodies like this is imagine feeling what you are seeing and then "imagine stabilizing". These are the only ways I engage my sense in the dream when I am not actually in the dream. Sorry I couldn't be of much help.
