What is roll over in wild

Whenever I try to wild ,after some time i feel the sensation of floating, but for a short time. Then again I find myself laying in bed trying to wild.

I have heard that people rollover from their real body into dream body while wilding. What it is and how to perform it?

      Hi Shivam,

When you WILD and you get the feeling that perhaps you are already in a dream, or you feel sensations that suggest you may be in a dream, you can just simply stand up from your bed, or roll sideways, as you may do exactly as getting up from bed other times.

The floaty feeling - that depends. Sometimes it's just when you start feeling relaxed you may feel very light, or stop feeling your body. Or you may be actually floating over your sleeping body in your dream/astral body.

Not sure if you read this WILD (sageous) tutorial. I really recommend you read it.

And Sensations, HH and types of entry into WILD. Happy dreams
