When you feel paralyzed, you are lucid by that time, right? |

Hi! First of all i've to inform that i don't practice WILD consciously, but simply during night sometimes (and most of all now, during my polyphasic sleep adaptation) I have hypnagogic allucinations. Usually I see ordinary things, such as my room or my books, and the first times I thought i was awake, but now i don't fall in this trap no more. My problem is that I never go into a LD by this way, because i feel my body paralyzed and after a certain amont of time i always get upset and decide to wake up! Maybe i've to remember about fake awekenings, by the way... |

Try to "roll out" of your body. Like trying to roll out without moving muscles. It's like sending the move signals, but weak enough to not move your physical body. |
