If you need to swallow, swallow. If you need to scratch, scratch. The key is not to fixate on the action. Remaining extremely uncomfortable is a good way to guarantee that a WILD attempt will be unsuccessful. Look at it this way: you swallow and scratch yourself all the time while you're asleep, and it doesn't wake you up. |
