      A solution to throat problem for wilders.

      You see whenever we sleep , we never swallow.While being conscious we feel the urge to swallow because spit collects on upper part of throat (mainly) ans is



      In beginning let spit collect on your throat (its hard).After its get collects it is not difficult to distract your mind from it,actually it stabilizes.It works for me.

      Or you could just swallow. If you don't pay attention to it, than it doesn't hurt your WILD attempt. Same with scratching and moving. Do it gently, don't pay attention to it, do it same way as when you go to sleep normally. It should works

      By taking gabs approach you eventually won't even feel the need to swallow anymore anyways.

      Actually even one swallow can destroy your efforts of wild.

      If you need to swallow, swallow. If you need to scratch, scratch. The key is not to fixate on the action. Remaining extremely uncomfortable is a good way to guarantee that a WILD attempt will be unsuccessful. Look at it this way: you swallow and scratch yourself all the time while you're asleep, and it doesn't wake you up.

      No, it doesn't.

      Swallowing has nothing to do with WILDing. You can swallow just like you normally do. There's no reason to even think about it.

      Just confirming what the posters above me said about not worrying.

      I used to worry about swallowing or biting my tongue, etc, but honestly you just need to stop thinking about it. Nowadays I'm not even aware of my mouth, it's like nothing below my nose even exists. It takes a little while for this to happen but it will happen naturally. If you try to focus on techniques around it you will just delay this process.
