Nice explanations there, buhl. All of my WILDs and majority of my DEILDs happen during naps. I take morning naps, when I wake up at any time in the morning, stay up for 1-3 hours and then take a nap. Naps are great for all types of LDs. Little more about that in this thread "REM sleep in naps". Dutchraptor's post #3.
