      Tensing Up While WILDing

      A while ago, when i tried to WILD, I felt weird hallucinations. Both times I have tried to WILD, I haven't witnessed much HI(probably because i didnt do it for long enough) but I felt things both times. Something i felt on both occasions was my body tensing up. My stomach would intensely(excuse the pun) become hard in 3 second bursts while i was doing it. It seemed to happen of its own accord and it was much more extreme than if I do it right now fully awake. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
