      Ok! I'm still learning but I have done a few attempts and here is the advice I can give;

      Stack at least 2 pillows in order to subdue the swallowing reflex, if this isn't enough insider adding a tilt to your bed with some sort of support on two of the legs closest to the pillow end.

      Try and use a good technique to keep your mind awake, I recommend drawing your dream world line by line or reciting a mantra.

      Use the wake back to bed technique, this is really important, as you want to WILD later in your sleep cycle when your REM Periods are longer.

      No problem man! Glad I could be of some assistance, don't get to excited, you need to be able to trick that body into falling asleep!

      Oh and, one final tip, if you experience Any vibrations or hallucinations try and ignore them as much as possible as they can really ruin a WILD attempt if they can get in your mind to much.

      If it doesn't work out don't lose confidence. WILDs take practice but it's worth it.

      Well said, I've only ever made it to where I think the dream was forming but I love hallucinations and that so It was still bloody awesome for me. Good advice.

      Thanks! When I first started doing WILD I could never get past the vibrations because I would get too excited. But a little while back I finally learned to stay calm and just ride the waves into a dream. I can WILD fairly good but it's just takes too long for me. I'm not the type that can fall asleep within minutes.

      I know what you mean.. I tried to WILD last night, after laying there for about 20 minutes with nothing but tingles and a heavy body, can be frustrating but you just gotta got over it xD

      Also, Maybe you are not doing your WBTB effectivley and you are to far away from a REM Period? Could be to blame, not sure though.

      You don't really need to care about swallowing and such and you don't need to keep any special position when WILDing, and it's not about staying awake either, WILD is just about falling asleep while being aware of it , i highly suggest reading this in-depth tutorial: http://www.dreamviews.com/wild/
      WBTB is good for the WILD, also if you use naps you could try WILDing during naps as well, naps are golden for LDing in general too if you have time for them.
      Good luck!
