You were on the way, you were more aware of falling asleep and that's a good sign. |

So one time during a wild attempt I set my alarm for 5–6 hours after I fell asleep then woke up and tried to WILD. After awhile i felt intense numbness type feelings in my legs. then i thought i was having trouble breathing but found i could breath fine. then i thought i heard loud dog barks though there were no dogs around. Also when my mind thought of stuff it wasnt just in my minds eye i cou:d actually see it. then i accidentally moved my arm and the feelings instantly left but with all those wierd feelings i thought i was in SP but i couldnt move my arm if im in SP im confused. |

Wow their really good...I never knew that about SP although I think my cousin gets that isolated sleep paralysis she wakes up and finds she absolutely can't move. Also that was one of my favorite WILD ruts. |
