      Question Any tips on wilding?

Hi I've known about lucid dreaming now for a while and have been able to have quite a few, but I've always been unsuccessful at trying to WILD. I know I can stay still for good amounts of time and start to feel paralyzed, but I never see images or have any hallucinations. Do any of you guys know how to get past just the starting to feel paralyzed state, and if so could you give me tips?

Dreams are a part of reality, sadly too many people ignore this fact.

When you go into sleep paralysis, the dream isn't always going to form for you. Try to stimulate all your senses by using your imagination. My last WILD I was in sleep paralysis, but my dream wasn't forming. I imagined myself driving a car, then the dream scape just appeared.

Basically, if the dream isn't forming for you, just visualize the dream and eventually it will take over your vision and you can go have fun

      Oh, yes, we do

First of all if I may, please disregard what you may have read about not being allowed to move, scratch, swallow. And above all, what you have read about SP being a part of WILDing.

You can do all of those 'forbidden' things. If you do them the same way, as when you falling asleep normally. When you do that, you don't even notice swallowing, if you have an itch, you absentmindedly scratch... You are not waiting for SP. SP will happen after you start dreaming, so why worry about inducing it? SP can't be induced, it will happen when it's needed.

Here is a great WILD (sageous) tutorial. Please, give it a shot. It will not only tell you how to, but also explain why and why not. Happy dreams

sounds like you are a bit over focused to me Tye. it's possible that you haven't given your body enough real rest time and are not relaxed enough. give yourself around 5 hours or even longer and see if that helps. i'm a big fan of using a mantra as well, my personal favorite "i'm aware that i'm dreaming." keep it in the present tense and make up one that makes sense for you personally.
