Learn to meditate. |

Well... I count, because otherwise I might fall asleep while I'm relaxing my body... |

That's the issue. I never seem to get HI. I'll just lay there in boredom until I begin feeling heavy, then see circles of dark blue moving inwards, maybe smaller green circles. That's it, though. Nothing really happens. |

You could try to manipulate the circles, or to get more HH. I've found that sometimes when I wake up in the middle of the night I can induce HH with little/no effort, but I haven't figured out how to get to that state at will. |

what I do is try to focus on extending my closed eye vision, and I can feel a shift when it starts to work. it's basically like a gear shift from two-dimensional vision to three-dimensional vision. that usually conjures up some imagery. |

Thought plus emotion creates attitude. Attitude plus action creates experience and experience determines reality
Thanks for the tips, everyone! Ah, and @Hijo de la Luna, it's Ms. Ari, but really I prefer just Ari, haha. |
