      Discomfort during WILD transition

      Hi !

When i reach the transition phase, i feel some discomfort, a mild pain in my brain.

I feel this pain with vibrations and also when images start to rush like crazy. i think this pain is arresting many wild attempts

I am not very experienced in WILD

      Anyone have experienced this ?

Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way

I don't really wanna call it pain, but I do feel something in the back of my head. As if I was listening to water rushing through pipes. And it happens just before I enter LD. When I used to take Galantamine, I thought maybe that's when it kicked in. But I feel it pretty much every time, and I haven't taken GM in a long time.

Why do you think this is slowing down your WILDs? I to the contrary think, that it happens at the entrance to LD. Maybe something in my brain turns on. Not sure though, if we talking about the same thing. Does it make you abort your attempt?

If you stay with images, they will turn into dreamlets/videos and you can enter those by wishing yourself inside of them.

Gab, itīs a slight pain and i think somehow i wake up to avoid this pain. Last time it happened it aborted, but fell asleep again and entered a dream already lucid so not that bad. The main problem is the pain and the fact that i'd like to stay longer in the transition phase Itīs so cool

Now i am wondering if it is related to eye movements and eye straining, because i feel my eyes moving very fast ( also i have slight dry eye syndrome which get worse during sleep )

Eyes can cause headaches. My eyes are not moving, so what I feel, is not from that, and it's probably something else, than what you have. I'm sorry this happens to you and I can only hope, that it will stop happening and you will be able to stay in HH longer. happy dreams
