Crazy feeling during my WILD attempt.

I attempted to WILD about 3 hours after waking up today.

I was laying in bed and switched position every 10-15 min i guess( I didn't check the time). After doing it a third time a little while later it was like everything stopped and a explosion happened inside my body( I felt my whole body expand without my control).

Then nothing happened and very shortly after it happened again. I couldn't help but get excited from this. After the second one everything went back to normal and I felt completely refreshed so I got up from bed. I wasn't tired at all anymore.

Can anyone tell me what that was? Am I making progress?

Oh yeah, I also heard some sort of spaceship shooting lasers during my body expanding.

I think its normal from what I have heard/seen people say, I think your progressing yes. Also it seems like a really cool experience to feel that happening.

The lasers could have been hypnagogic hallucination. So you could have been close to LD, indeed. Try to be ready for cool sensations so you don't get too excited next time.

You are definitely making progress, use that experience as motivation for next time. Oh and I have had considerable success with setting an alarm to go off every 15 minutes and then switching sides and keep reimagining the same animation (which is turning a couple doorknobs and pretending to slip and slide through my house).
