      WBTB and WILD combination question

      Hi,
I would like to ask if I can do WBTB for 30 minutes and then do WILD. Is it possible? Because I find it somehow hard to keep myself still and relaxed if I try WILD right after I wake up after my dream. Thanks for the answer

A WBTB tends to make you feel more awake. This isn't good when you're trying to relax so I would skip it in your case. A WBTB is best if you're losing consciousness too quickly.

If you keep your attention consistently away from your body, it will naturally stay still and relaxed.
