I try to wild and have successfully done it only once. My main problem is that if I wake up during the beginning of my 4th rem cycle ( which is about 6 hours ) then I am too awake and can't wild, probably because of the excitement. If I wake up 30 min before that in my deep sleep stage, and stay up a little bit, will that mean I will go straight back to deep sleep, or will that sort of fast forward my sleep to rem? I find it more useful if I can wake up when I'm tired, but I don't no if this will render results.
