Am I experience HH?

Ok, so im going to wirte this quick. When I relaxed my body and getting sleepy, (like 10 minutes later) My mind starts to make thoughts, at first, it feels like low quality video, then it gets stronger and I could hear sounds too, then I'm getting more sleepy so I usually fall sleep. I never felt vibration or falling. Is this HH or am I just falling sleep in relaxation. Thank you

Sounds like you were hallucinating, you might find the sticky titled "Sensations and types of entry for WILD" helpful

It's common to see images when falling asleep. Most likely hypnogogic hallucination - HH, or even dreams starting up. Also sounds are common.

Try to add some mantra that you repeat. Something simple, like "i'm dreaming". This should keep you awake little longer into your experience. So you can see, what happens next, if you don't fall asleep. Good luck and happy dreams
