I have tried to MILD. It worked a few times. But lately, whenever I try to MILD, I keep accidentally end up WILDing instead. And I don't want to WILD!

Because I use MILD right when I get in bed at 10 PM. It should help me fall asleep faster, chanting that mantra. But for some reason, my mind insists on being awake and aware and pretty soon I start getting all this numbing, vibrating, and hypnagogic stuff usually associated with WILD but I didn't intend to WILD!

It's really frustrating. Because what use is WILD right before bed? It works best during WBTB.

Does anyone have this problem? I find it really annoying because when my mind accidentally goes into WILD mode... it's hard to sleep. I keep breaking the spell because it feels uncomfortable, change my sleeping position, and try to MILD and sleep normally then the WILD begins to start up again and I'll break the spell again... and again... and repeat... until I'm so tired I just fall asleep. But it takes a really long time.
