If there was a sound that could make you go into a dream lucid or anything like that instantly, I think it would have got more attention than it got today.

Although I can find binaural beats relaxing, and relxation is a very important aspect of WILDing. So if it makes you relaxed by all means, use it!

I use guided relaxation mp3:s a an aid to help me get relaxed, just don't expect to WILD just by listening to a mp3/wav file. Just use it as a warmup or relaxation.

I listen to these guided relaxation for 50 minutes, and when it stops playing I am usually so relaxed and my mind is so clear that I don't have a single worry in the world. And then I have the perfect state of mind to WILD.

I hope you found this post helpful. Good luck

Thanks man. do these beats allow you to relax enough to have WILDs. Also I find it difficult to try for a WILD witout these beats.

actually i've found a video that i listen to right when i wake up for a WILD and fall asleep to it at a low volume with headphones:
      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SXAA9Jtobsk

i put the volume 5/100 or less, and it actually helps me induce lucid dreams as i'm falling asleep! I've done it 4 times with that video, every time.

Binaural beats are verifiable to be effective, but unfortunately there are next to zero authentic binaurals on the Internet. Your best bet is to look at a study for the brainwaves of people WILDing or lucid dreaming and then make the track in Audacity or something. I also suggest using Isochronic tones, they are more effective.
