I have tried these. It was called "I-Doser : Lucid Dream"
Has alot of weird effects, you kind of feel like traveling into a dream form your head, hard to describe. If you want a download for this one, PM me. It is 30 minutes long.

I am highly skeptical as to its applications for lucid dreaming, as binaurals are said to produce a change in brain wave frequency ('course, it could just be a placebo). Beta is the wave for dreaming, but it is also the wave for wakefulness. So if you listen to a beta track, you might simply just wake back up.

Makes a good meditation tool, I suppose.

First disc, first time of "Hemi-sync" resulted in my first WILD. Hasn't done much for me since.

What exactly are you using the beats for? To lucid dream im assuming?

      I recommend I-Doser. Hemi-Sync is just a general term.

I've never had much success with them. It sounds like a good idea, but it always just ends up giving me a headache.

Hemi-sync may be a general term, but I've never heard it used as anything but the "Hemi-sync" Series CD/DVD.

I've tried numerous files and some have proved to be pretty effective at altering my state of consciousness, tho not by that much. Haven't tried to induce lucidity this way, only to enter deep states of trance.

I just meant that there is a lot of hemi sync mp3 files. There are a few good ones, but you have to sift through a lot to find them.

The binaural beats I use tend to be relaxing, so with respect to calming/gathering myself while as said above, meditating.

I used them a few times to help with lucid dreaming. I would turn it off before I fall asleep though. It helped me relax, and get into that dreaming state. It's good to use as an aid, but won't work if used by itself.
