They should work, but loaning someone a paid music file is piracy, and I've almost got in trouble for that. There are free ones online, but I wouldn't know where to find them. |

Do they really work? and if so, would someone borrow me one? |

I've found isochronic tones to be more effective, and more pleasant to listen to, than binaural beats. They work in a similar way to binaural beats, but rather than tricking your brain, they actually pulse at however many hertz. A quick google search for free isochronic tones will yield good results. |

^ Would I have to listen to these in bed or would having isochronic tones (theta) playing throughout the day help as well? |
|
The theta beta and alpha binaural beats I have give me a headache, I will check out those isochronic tones Ancient and I believe it would be most effective to listen to the beats as you are falling asleep gavin gill as you are trying to coax the brain into the theta stage and thus have a WILD much easier...or a MILD depending... |

Both work. Meditate with them during the day, listen to them on the way to school/work or whatever, as well as before bed. They're quite useful when combined with MILD techniques, as the track by itself will not guarantee a lucid dream. |
