      Eyes Blocking WILD?

      When I attempt a WILD at night, my eyes seem to be getting in the way of fully transitioning.

      What I mean is I can get to the point where my body feels numb (like when you get laughing gas) and I see all sorts of colorful patterns and lights, but as I begin to get a sinking feeling it feels like my eyes are going crazy twitching or something and they force themselves open. The only way for me to keep them closed is to really focus and clench, but by doing that the colors and the sensations fade.

      Are there any tips for getting past this, or am I just supposed to let my eyes open when they start doing that? Thanks in advance for any help!

      First off, welcome to the forums!

      I would recommend getting some kind of sleep mask or something. Light pressure on the eyes can help keep them closed.
