Hey Guys,
I've had a few lucid dreams and sleep paralysis experience but none of them have been meant or planned.
Every time I try a WILD, I get up at 4am, stay up for approx 45 mins, but when I go back to bed to commence my WILD, I cant seam to relax or get comfy, and kinda struggle to get back to sleep.
My question is, am I staying up TOO LONG, would 5/10 mins be enough as I feel that this would be easier, or is there a proper reason that it should be 45-60mins before going back to bed to WILD.
Or can anyone recommend any audio / youtube vids to aid a WILD in he early morning, would anyone recommend mend the below?
