Right time to wake up for WILD?

I've tried to WILD in the morning and I've gotten up for it from anywhere to 3:30 to 5:00 AM but I haven't been successful. Is there a good time range to wake up for a WILD in the morning?

Many people talk about a "sweet spot" where WILDing is made easier. According to the process this sweet spot is anywhere from 5-6 hours after going to bed. After those 5 or 6 hours of sleep you get up and stay up for anywhere from 5-45 minutes and then go back to bed for you're attempt. But also be sure to check out Sageous's WILD threads, they are a tremendous help.

"Your background and circumstances may have influenced who you are, but you are responsible for who you become." ~Darren Hardy

      Goals:
-Become Lucid in every dream every night
      -Perfect the time dilation watch
-Continue to have a dream plan for most of my lucid dreams

I belive sweet spot might be made out of two things:
      - Waking up gently during REM
      - The REM Phase in which we woke up is our longest yet not last one

From what i know there are two results of interrupting rem sleep: a shock and calm.
Shock is mainly something that fires up our reticular system resetting cycle progress (So we would starting from NREM once more if we were in rem)
Calm is waking up simply without resetting cycle progress with quite gentle alarm clock, need to drink or need to go to toilet

Here's my past experience of a sweet spot
Out of reason i'm not sure if it was alarm or just randomly i woke up during rem sleep
I was feeling confused and very sleepy i've rolled over and started using WILD Anchor from official DV Guide (Counting by visualizaiton)
In less than five minutes i've entered a dream without losing my waking self

Those kinds of awakenings i belive are perfect for WILD Attempts aswel as DEILD ones (For DEILDs they are probably Perfect Area )

Those informations i've provided might be incorrect so if any wild experts sees any misinfo in there a correction would be lovely

Yeah, this worked for me. I woke up 5 hours after I went to sleep and stayed up for a few minutes. I went back to sleep while visualizing a dream and felt like I was "sucked" into it, but I almost immediately woke up again. Will definitely be trying again!
