Hi, |
|
I've tried to WILD in the morning and I've gotten up for it from anywhere to 3:30 to 5:00 AM but I haven't been successful. Is there a good time range to wake up for a WILD in the morning? |

Hi, |

I'm back! Again? Uhhh..
Many people talk about a "sweet spot" where WILDing is made easier. According to the process this sweet spot is anywhere from 5-6 hours after going to bed. After those 5 or 6 hours of sleep you get up and stay up for anywhere from 5-45 minutes and then go back to bed for you're attempt. But also be sure to check out Sageous's WILD threads, they are a tremendous help. |

Goals:
-Become Lucid in every dream every night
-Perfect the time dilation watch
-Continue to have a dream plan for most of my lucid dreams
