I think I am getting better at 61 point. I inhale and exhale and I can feel the point I am currently focusing on. But still I don't see I am relaxing, it is helping me falling asleep, but I am not more relaxed than I was before technique. I will try naukasana. I will research it a bit, since I only have general idea what it is. I am really tight with time, so I need to use these 7 days I have left for intensive LD practice as much as I can.
