      Question Sleep Adjustments For WILD

If you only sleep 6 hours a night what time should you set the alarm to wake you up before trying to slip back into a WILD?

      How about 7 hours too?

I can hardly ever do 8 hours just not enough time in my day during the week but I usually can on weekends.

If you're only getting six hours of sleep a night, LDing will probably be more of a challenge (especially if you are chronically tired, and especially just starting out as an LDer). I would suggest waking four hours after you go to sleep, and seeing how that works. You may want to save induction and WILD attempts for the weekend, too.

Is there really no way to get 8 hrs, or are you sacrificing sleep time for other things (tv, Internet time, etc?). If the latter, I would suggest just going to sleep a bit earlier. Could also try to nap during the day if possible, and split the sleep into chunks.
