Thread: Eyes keep opening?

Try reverse blinking. Once you're relaxed and trying to WILD, you're basically going to blink in reverse or backwards. This means (from a state of having your eyes closed) opening your eyes for a split second and closing them, like regular blinking, but backward.

Don't open and close your eyes like you're slamming a door shut, just gently open and close them quickly. Do this every 5-10 seconds or so and it will become increasingly harder and harder to ge them open.
