Do I have to stay completly still durring WILD?

Whenever I try to do a wild i always end up getting extremley uncomfortable while staying still. instead of being relaxed and falling asleep with awarness i just cant fall asleep. I try to get into a comfortable position, but eventually I become uncomfortable. At this point im fight with myself to not roll over. Also becuase of this i dont even get to HI.

So shoul i move over like i would fall asleep because staying completly still seems to just stop me from having a sucessful WILD.

Simply put, in order to WILD, you need to fall asleep. If you're not comfortable, you're not going to fall asleep!
So move as much as you need until you're comfortable and sleepy while maintaining awareness.

Agreed, except one thing: you can't maintain full awareness. In every WILD, there will be a moment when you almost completely lose consciousness.

I have experienced maintaining full consciousness while doing WILD, never having a moment of losing consciousness. I have experienced this more when consciously building the dream rather than ignoring the hallucinations. Sorry about off topic
