Help needed with FILD (Waking up)

I currently am on winter break and am actively pursuing FILD. However after as little as 3 days my biological clock adjusts to wake me up at 2 in the morning! As I have to go back to school in a week I have stopped the technique to readjust. Is there any way of doing FILD without disrupting my sleep schedule, even on only weekends perhaps? Thanks!

I don't know if you can do FILD without it affecting your sleep at all. I guess it would depend on how good at it you are. I like to do WILD techniques during afternoon naps rather than after WBTB, I find that they are less disruptive to my nightly sleep that way.

I'm not sure if i answered your question, I hope I did!

It's what I figured the answer would be. Guess I'll stick to mild for now.
