      Need Help Keeping Excitement Down With FILD

      I try to do FILD and then when I get the slightest feeling I am starting to fall asleep my heart starts pounding. I try to stay calm in my mind, but I can't control my heart rate. Is t here anyway to change this? Can I listen to Music while using FILD or would that mess me up?

      Whenever I get excited I usually take deep breathes concentrating on relaxing my body more with each exhale. Everyone is different so if listening to music relaxes you than I encourage you to try that. Personally listening to music breaks my concentration & I end up falling asleep most of the time.
