For your first problem, this is a common misunderstanding for WILDs. Hypnagogic hallucinations (and sleep paralysis) do not always occur when WILDing. The adrenaline rush you're describing may be the transition to a dream, you shouldn't resist it and let it happen, all the while being self aware. If any thoughts come into mind here, just let it pass and eventually you'll fall into the dream. That last problem you're explaining sounds like the roll over signals. They're signals sent to determine whether you're unconscious or conscious. You're going to have to resist them to continue on to the other stages of sleep. If this isn't the problem, then I may have misunderstood it, hopefully you could give me more information.

Please bear in mind that I have never done a WILD, so please correct me if any of this is wrong. I'm just a lone, scared llama.
