      Couple of questions about WILD

I've recently gotten back into lucid dreaming maybe a month ago I'd say & ever since finding out about the WILD technique, I've always been sort of hesitant to do it. However I have a new found confidence and I really want to give it a shot. I just have some questions about it so please answer if you can!

1.How long does it take most of you to enter Sleep Paralysis, and how long does the Sleep Paralysis last until you're in the dream?
2.What are some things you've experienced during sleep paralysis?
3.Are there any recommended isochronic tones or any other binaural beats I can use to make this process easier?
4.How vivid is a WILD dream compared to others like DILD,MILD,or FILD?

      1. When I do it after a proper WBTB at the correct time, which for me is around 7-8 am, it usually takes me anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes. Some people might be quicker. It can take much longer if you get into active daydreaming or start playing music in your head, so don't do those things.

      2. Voices, loud noises, usually a buzzing or vibrating sensation, feeling very light or very heavy, visual hallucinations.

      3. No.

      4. WILD is generally the most vivid because it's usually close to 100% lucidity and lucidity is strongly correlated with vividness.
