Whenever I try WILD, the black field of vision starts to shrink slowly from all sides, leaving a "white absolute emptiness" behind.
It is the absolute meaning of nothingness; Nothing exists in that spot, not even empty space itself.
Then the black vision field (which is the only thing that "exists") shrinks to the size of an electron.
It really feels that the entire world (which contains me inside itself) has shrunken to the size of an electron, leaving a vast pure nothingness which even is free of space itself.
The shrinking process is so horrible that I cannot tolerate the sheer terror of it, and open my eyes to end the mad cosmic theater.
Just imagine, the whole world around you suddenly start to shrink to nothing, wouldn't you get terrorized?
It also bears a really horrible annihilating body-load, similar to what the astronauts experience during light-speed travel in sci-fi movies.
I'm sure that if I tolerate it just one extra second, the entire world will vanish, and the emptiness will transform into the dream world.
But I haven't managed to do that yet, I fail and open my eyes everytime
What do you suggest to overcome the fear and the trembling body-load?
