      Unhappy Anyone had this problem??

Every time I try to perform a WILD two things happen which im pretty sure are just a form of hallucinations. One is i feel like my heart beat is going to explode out fo my chest. this would be easy to ignore if it didn't cause shortness of breath. The second is extreme heat. I feel like my body is burring and this is so uncomfortable i feel like i have to move.

any tips on how to get past these feelings?

I've done a bit of research, and this could be because you're anxious, or maybe your room is too hot? Try and take deep breaths.
I want to help, but I've only had one WILD/lucid dream and the only thing I experienced during transition was almost like a cool breeze and the sensation of the dream just washed over me.
