      WILD sleep position question

Do you have to be on your back to have a successful WILD?

No way. Sleep however you want. If you have trouble falling asleep during a WILD, and end up lying awake all night, try doing it in your normal sleep position. On the other hand, if you find yourself falling asleep too quickly during your WILD, you may want to try it in a different position to help keep you a bit uncomfortable and extra aware.

Just use position that's comfortable for you.

Thank god XD I have been attempting to WILD only on my back, but since I have a forward head (which really sucks by the way) its very uncomfortable for me. Next WILD attempt I will go on my stomach (: Thanks man.

      Exactly this.
      Sleep however you're comfortable.
