      WILD sending sending me crazy

      i've been trying for a month with little success any tips???

      Make sure you are trying to WILD, either during naps, or with WBTB. Stay calm, collected, and aware. Let your mind wonder until your thoughts begin to form images/scenes (HI). Once in SP, remain calm and allow your dream scene to form around you naturally.

      It would be more helpful if you explained your situation in detail. You tell me your WILD process and I (along with others) could help you with what you are doing wrong.
