Are my unusual sleeping times a problem?

I've been going to bed around 5:00am to 6:00am and waking up at 12-2pm. I've been trying to WILD lately by waking up around 9:am, but I'm having problems reaching SP. Do my sleep times have anything to do with this?

If this is your normal sleep schedule, then I don't believe it will be the cause of your problems. I go to bed at 4am or 5am nearly every night. I also sleep till afternoon. I have plenty of LDs and good recall. If you are changing your sleep schedule often, then this can sometimes cause repressed REM sleep. I used to work a swing shift and had trouble remembering dreams because of it.
