Can you WILD when you first get into bed?

If I stay still long enough, I will end up getting SP. Can you WILD whenever (and I mean, whenever) you get SP? Or is it just in the middle of the night or during a nap?
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

You can absolutely WILD before sleep, but it seems to be much more difficult for most people. If you are able to get to SP consistently with WILDing before sleep, maybe this will be an effective process for you. With that said, the success rate/time spent during the WILDing process for WBTBs or naps, seems to be much better. Also, the later on during the sleep process, the longer your REM period lasts (meaning longer dreams) and the closer together your REM periods are (easier to directly enter REM). Good Luck to you and I hope this cleared some things up.
