      Does this count

I just woke up from a nap after having my first lucid two weeks and am wondering if it counted as a wild. I did not go into SP but instead fell asleep. I went right into a dream and knew I was dreaming but didn't act on it when I did I talked for the first time in a dream because someone was kicking my balls and they wouldn't stop LOL.

Yes, it counts. You realized you were dreaming, thus, lucid.

No, it doesn't. It only counts if you enter SP.
If you WILD, you can tell itll be a WILD night.

No. You don't need sleep paralysis in order to WILD.

Well, it's hard to tell. Did you retain consciousness, or did you notice that you were dreaming some time later in the dream?

Well I wasn't instantly lucid but I was aware thinking I might have been dreaming and about 1 min into the dream I decided to become lucid.

Sounds like a DILD. You were already dreaming and then something snapped and you became lucid

I think for a WILD you start your dream lucid. Correct me if I'm wrong though

      Ya I think your right.

I was somewhat aware but I wouldn't say lucid.

      Thanks everyone
