Cool things I've learned about SP and the feelings/sounds.

I'm not sure where this post goes, but since it's related to WILD I suppose it can go here.

I learned (through a few different videos and reports) that the falling, waterbed, etc sensations are caused by your inner ear vibrating, which is also responsible for balance. This makes you feel like you're falling into your bed or flying up into the ceiling. The pituitary gland in your brain also kicks around hormones responsible for fear other and unnerving feelings, which causes you to become uncomfortable further into SP.

Maybe that'll help some people who are scared or unsure of SP.

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Wow, nice. I always wondered why the sounds occured. Not that I have ever done a WILD before, but I have encountered SP on several occasions, before I knew about Lucid dreaming that is.

Lucidisfree: That sounds like HI and the onset of SP. If you can get past that and not focus on what is happening, you should soon enter into a Lucid Dream.
