This is my first time following a method to have a Lucid Dream...
1 : I stretched, went to lay in bed in my usual sleeping position. I tensed every muscle in my body from my legs to my head, then relaxed them.
2 : I repeated "When I dream, I will become lucid" in between breaths.
3 : I felt as if my body started to tingle and become a bit numb, felt really cool actually
4 : It then felt like I was thrown in a washing machine and everything was spinning, then it felt like if I was floating in water. This was by far the coolest, i was thinking "Whoa is this sleep paralysis?!?"
... Theeen... my bladder decided it was a good time to empty the 2 glasses of water I drank before going to sleep. Then I fell asleep.
It's weird that today I didn't recall any dreams, AT ALL!
I tried doing the 3-sec alarm clock in the middle of the night thing (here http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=87710), but I failed, the alarm woke me up but instead of laying still and not opening my eyes, I reacted violently and sat up
SO, what is it I'm supposed to feel/do after I feel the floating-in-water feeling?
