I'm encountering some problems with WILD. I don't seem to be progressing. I'll sleep for 4-7h and then try but it doesn't work on so many levels. |

Also, what are you thinking about when you're lying there? If you're singing in your head and talking to yourself, etc. then you'll have a really hard time getting to SP. You have to relax. Focus on your breathing or something. That always helps me. |

Also, there's not really a set time before SP hits. If the white lights are appearing, then you're on the right track. However, when they appear, don't start thinking, "Should I focus on these?" or "Wow, lights!" etc. Just keep focusing on your breathing. Try to treat the lights like background noise. |

Also, everyone's different. Just because you've read that during WILD you may experience HI and/or HH, doesn't mean you will. However, from what I understand, you're on the track to HI, but what I'm saying is: don't base your WILD experience from what you've read. Did that make sense? |
