      Eyes moving too fast

      Hi.
When I try to WILD sometimesa (quite often) my eyes begin to move at random at quite high speed, without control. Is it part of SP?
I cannot see any imagery, though.

Did anyone here ever experienced something like this?

My eyes start trembling when I'm trying to SP, but I always credited it to anxiety...

I don't know how much your eyes are actually moving, nor I had a successful SP to base myself on, but eye movement is a distinguishing trait of REM sleep (hence the name). Maybe you are starting SP after all, who knows for sure.

I'm sure it's because you're entering or already in the REM (rapid eye movement) stage of sleep.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Hmm, it may, but it's too strange. I cannot feel any SP symptoms, and even with eyes moving with 10-30 seconds I cannot see any image appear. Then they just stop (but it's not a FA.. )
