Often times after transitioning directly from waking life, the dream will be a bit unstabile. Firstly, I perform some stabilization techniques such as rubbing my hands together, focusing on my environment and imagining it becoming clearer and clearer, feeling some textures around you, looking at your feet then slowly raising your head to normal position, performing RCs (for stabilization not awareness), etc. If those don't seem to help the clarity/stabilization much, you may simply need to engage in dream activity. Especially if the problem is "feeling" your body in bed, enganging in dream activity will take your mind off your actual body and you will simply forget about it, thus eliminating the problem. By engaging in dream activity, I simply mean exploring, striving toward goals, etc. Hope I helped a bit.
