Hey, so i kinda need some help. So far I have been successful WILDING, my first one I started at 4:00 and had a short 5 min lucid and when i woke from that it was 5:30. What im saying is it took me like 1 hour and 25 minutes to actually get in the dream! I believe(not posititive) this is because i started at the end of a rem cycle as opposed to before or during. What is the best way to really wake right before a rem or during one? |

I've had the same question as you. What I don't get about the setting an alarm 4.5h, 6h, and 7.5h after you fall asleep is that I can never be sure when I will actually fall asleep. Sometimes it might be 10 minutes after I go to bed, other times it might be half an hour... So I don't really know. |

You wake up naturally during REM. If you drink a lot of fluids you might be able to get your body to wake you during REM to make you go to the bathroom. Or you could try autosuggestion for it. |

What I do is approximate the time I fall asleep, usually if I'm tired, it would be within 5 mins of falling asleep, so, I would set an alarm for 4.5h+5min. Recently, I've been trying to wake up before a REM period, so, I would just make sure to set the watch ~4hr and 5 min from when I fall asleep, approximating of course |
