      SP Problems?

      So last night I was lying on my back trying to get into SP for a WILD, listening to some Hemi-Sync stuff, and I was lying there for over 3 hours and it felt like I was in SP, when I tried to gently lift my arms I couldn't do it, but eventually I got bored and thought I'd try and snap out of it quickly, I did, I could move perfectly fine. So my question is wtf!?! Why did it feel like I was in SP when I wasn't and how come 3 hours lying there not even swallowing did absolutely nothing??
      Goals:
      Fly [X] Have more than 5 LDs [X] Learn to WILD [] Explode [] Teleport to Pandora []
      Go back in time and explore Pangaea [] Fight Cthulu [] Lucid dream every night []

      When did you attempt to get into SP? Was it using WBTB, during a nap, or right when you got into bed?

      Lots of people find that it takes forever to enter SP when they first get into bed. If you did that, that's probably your mistake. It's difficult to relax after a long day, but easier when you're already relaxed, having just woken up from a previous dream in the middle of the night.
      We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
