First WILD experience in a while

So I tried last night, well actually i wasn't even trying, i was actually trying to just go to sleep, but i was repeating my mantras hard core and before i know it my body starts to feel really weird and I realize im in sleep paralysis.

So from there i begin to feel my mind dipping in and out of consciousness, its a hard feeling to explain. And it continues to do that for a while until it dips and comes back and i have this image of a desert and cacti. So i think to myself, "Im going to try and go back." So I focus on what i had seen, and i can feel my head start to spin like crazy, and my body feels as if its distorted and bent out of shape even though im lying straight and flat on my back. Spinning isn't necessarily the most accurate adjective for what i was feeling but its close enough. I eventually failed at going back, and the feeling lost its intensity a bit, but it was still spinning some and my body still felt weird and the rest of the WILD attempt was me dipping in and out coming back up with odd visions and images. At one point i had a vision, from an odd perspective, of me holding my nose and trying to breath and actually breathing, but i just came back into consciousness and lost it.

I know your not really supposed to do it at the time i was doing it, but i figured i might as well since im already half way there. But is this normal, like does this kind of stuff happen to anyone else? And what am i doing wrong and how do i fix it?

Dude, I have had a weird experience when I had just got into a LD, and close to the end of the LD i thought i actually opened one of my physical eyes, which triggered a false awakening and I then really woke up. Also, something that may help you when going into SP is, try to focus on the physical sensations of SP, not the visual ones, this way you are relaxed enough to glide right on into a LD and all of a sudden a dream scene should appear in front of you.

Message me and I will give you my technique that is full proof for me, it may help you, I have some good information that I have collected.
