I think i wake up and i am dead tired. I wasn't focused on anything i just wanted to fall back asleep but i did remember a little about lucid dreaming. So i started to fall asleep. And within a short amount of time i felt like i turned to my left shoulder and felt a cold feeling and then i was in a dream. Does that sound right.

It sounds to me like you performed a DEILD (which is a form of WILD). Upon waking from sleep if you try to go back to sleep quickly, alot of times you will jump right into REM and a lucid dream. Generally the idea is to lay still and keep your eyes closed upon waking, but a DEILD can still be performed after some movement or the opening of the eyes, though its less likely. Well ya, i woke up, turned a little, and fell back asleep i think. Its a bit hazy.

When you fell back to sleep, were you lucid?

Thats the only problem. I'm not sure. It was so hazy, i could have. But i just dont know. I keep trying to wild. And last week i felt that same feeling of what i think is wilding, but right as i felt it i jolted up from not expecting it. I think i was about to wild truely for the first time. But practice makes perfect right.
