I've found the best way to WILD is to just not think about your body. I know it's hard but concentrating on your body will just prolong the whole process. Reliving a scene in the day in my mind or counting while breathing is the easiest way for me to enter sleep paralysis. . The usual process of entering the dream is watching the hyogonic imagery passively as if it is a movie. They should start to turn into images such as the 'flashes of pictures and video' you describe. Try not focusing on these images and just let them pass by, they will eventually become a dream scene where you can enter it by 'Jumping into it'. It's hard to explain while being awake, but at the moment you will understand what to do. You could try other things too such as lying on the floor for 10 minutes to make yourself uncomfortable and then jump into your bed where you will be welcomed with instant relaxation making the whole process quicker. WILD is generally quite a hard method and if you're not having any luck with it however(like me) do not like relying on the chance of DILDs and MILDs, you could try DEILD, CAN-WILD or FILD. Those are three fairly easy methods that dont take much time to master. |
